Jennifer Wilson, MS, AFC®

Client Service Specialist

Jennifer strives to provide excellent customer service. She enjoys building capacity and streamlining processes to ensure advisors can maximize their time in a client-facing role. She has traveled all over the country, starting with growing up on a small farm in Washington State and attending community college on an athletic scholarship for golf, and joining the basketball team. Then, moved out to the east coast to spend more time with her family in North Carolina and received a bachelor’s degree in managerial finance at East Carolina University. After college, she spent three years in AmeriCorps focusing on financial education, counseling, and resource development. Her passion for financial education and outreach brought her to Lubbock, TX where she received a master's degree in financial planning with a graduate certificate in charitable planning from the School of Financial Planning at Texas Tech University. Jennifer loves teaching and raising financial awareness in the community.

With a background working in the non-profit sector and academia, Jennifer has extensive administrative experience and strong organizational skills. As an Accredited Financial Counselor®, she understands the importance of working in a fiduciary environment and values building a positive rapport with clients. Outside of work, Jennifer can be found spending time with her family in the Pacific Northwest, fishing with her brother, baking, gardening, traveling with friends, and hiking with her pups.
